Privacy Notice

If you register interest in tiny-home ownership, we collect your name, email address, country of residence, the destination you are interested in, and—if you provide them—your phone or WhatsApp number and your message.

If you enquire about a land partnership, we collect your name, email address, the location of the land, your relationship to the land, your description of it and—if you provide them—your phone or WhatsApp number, approximate land size and a map or property link.

For every enquiry we also record the date and time of submission, your consent to be contacted, whether you opted in to general updates, and the referring web page where available.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess suitability, and keep you informed about the ownership programme, land partnerships or the destination you asked about. If you opt in separately, we may also send you occasional OMASTAY updates.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Enquiries are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised OMASTAY and OMA Global team members handling enquiries, and to the service providers who host our website and database on our behalf. Website visitors cannot view submissions.

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@oma.haus and we will action your request.
